We understand that when you're going hard, sometimes things break. With Crash Protection, we’ll authorize a replacement—free of additional charge. Just send us a message and we will take care of it from there! Customers are responsible to pay for return postage at their expense. Damage must be an activity related crash or impact. Crash Protection is valid for 2 years after purchase date. Any additional incidents beyond the first free replacement are each subject to a service fee of $29, plus applicable tax. A single purchase of Crash Protection may not be applied to multiple units. If multiple units are purchased, each unit must have its own Crash Protection.

Return Policy

We give you a full 30 days to try our products out and ensure you are satisfied. If for any reason you are not, you may return your product for FREE (U.S. customers only) within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

  1. Return Conditions: The item must be undamaged and in its original packaging.
  2. Free Returns: We will supply a return label (U.S. customers only). Customers outside the U.S. are required to pay for return shipping costs.

  1. Free Shipping: Orders over $89 are eligible for free shipping (U.S. customers only).
  2. Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday.
  3. Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 11 am MST ship same day.
  4. Shipping Locations:
    • United States orders ship directly to you from our headquarters in Rexburg, Idaho.
    • Canada orders ship directly to you from our office in Calgary, Alberta.
    • International orders ship directly to you from our headquarters in Rexburg, Idaho.
  5. Shipping Confirmation: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order ships.
  6. P.O. Boxes:
    • U.S. customers must select "USPS Advantage"
    • Canada customers must select “Standard”
    • International customers must select "UPS Mail"
  7. Customs and Duties: Additional fees may be charged upon delivery. If applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
